There are two ways to listen to the audio links.

Simply click on the link and it will play. This may only work with those having broadband internet.
The most preferred method is to download the audio file. This can be done by right clicking the file and then click "Save Target As". Once saved it can be played on your computer or an MP3 player such as an Ipod.
